Comparison and Contrast

             Is my interest to express a situation that being is making me feel uncomfortable in my apartment from the last few weeks. As you may know, the new tenants are right by my apartment, and I feel they are not fulfilling my expectations of being good neighbors. I believe they are being too much noisy, loud and all over the place. Let me explain myself. Before they were here I was able to sleep all night long, now I can’t because their TV is too loud at all times. They don’t talk they scream, and it’s not that they are fighting, they talk always with that tone. I don’t have any problems with kids running around by afternoon, it’s a considerate hour to do it. But it’s not the same as eight o’clock when you just want to lay back and relax. When I say they are all over the place, I mean it. We all are supposed to use our own parking, but apparently they can’t. They are taking my parking, and when I tell them gently that they need  to move their car they all was have an excuse and leave me waiting. All over the place? That’s how I would describe their trash. We know where are we supposed to throw our garbage, but it seems they have forgotten its place. Cordially I would like for you to take actions in the situation. I would be pleased if you could talk personally to them and review the contract.
